Zdhc - Gots
ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals): is a global initiative that focuses on reducing and, where possible, eliminating the use of hazardous chemicals in the textile industry and throughout the supply chain of supply. ZDHC provides guidelines and assessment programs to help textile companies reduce their environmental impact from the use of chemicals.
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard): is a globally recognized certification standard for textile products made with organic fibres. This standard covers the entire textile supply chain, from fiber production to the finished product. GOTS establishes rigorous criteria for the sustainable use of resources, respect for working conditions and the elimination of the use of harmful chemicals during the production process.
